Overview

Messages and notifications are centralized in one place within Player ID.

The inbox allows you to easily view conversations and stay up to date with activity across the platform.


Accessing Your Inbox

To access messages and notifications:

  1. Tap the Message icon at the top of most screens
  2. The icon is located next to Search and the Menu (hamburger)

Navigating the Inbox

Inside the inbox, you’ll see two tabs:

  • Messages — View and manage your conversations
  • Notifications — See activity, updates, and alerts

Toggle between tabs to switch views.


What You’ll See

  • A unified inbox for all communication
  • Separate tabs for messages and notifications
  • Real-time updates as new activity comes in

Important Notes

  • Messages and notifications are grouped in one location for easy access
  • New activity will appear in the appropriate tab
  • Check your inbox regularly to stay up to date

Common Questions

Where do I find my messages?
Tap the Message icon at the top of the screen and select the Messages tab.

Where do notifications appear?
Notifications are located in the Notifications tab within the inbox.

Can I view messages and notifications together?
No. They are separated into tabs, but both are accessible within the same inbox.
