Overview

You can view your billing history at any time from the Subscription & Billing section of the app. This allows you to review past charges and stay up to date with your subscription activity.


Steps to View Billing History

  1. Tap the menu icon (☰) in the top corner of the app
  2. If the menu icon is not visible:
    • Tap the Home button in the bottom navigation
    • Then access the menu from the home screen
  3. Select Subscription & Billing from the menu
  4. Tap View Billing History

What You’ll See

  • A list of your past subscription charges
  • Billing dates and amounts
  • Details for each transaction

Important Notes

  • Billing history reflects completed transactions only
  • If you do not see a recent charge, it may still be processing
  • For any billing discrepancies, contact support for assistance

How do I see a list of all transactions?

  • Go to Subscription & Billing and tap View Billing History to see all completed charges.

How do I view a previous bill?

  • Open View Billing History to review past billing dates, amounts, and transaction details.

How can I see all the charges I’ve incurred?

  • Your full billing history is available under Subscription & Billing → View Billing History.

How do I view my subscription history?

  • Tap View Billing History to see a record of your past subscription activity.
