Subscriptions can be canceled at any time. Please note that Player ID does not offer refunds, so it’s important to cancel your subscription before your next billing cycle.
Steps to Cancel Your Subscription
- Tap the menu icon (☰) in the top corner of the app
- If the menu icon is not visible:
- Tap the Home button in the bottom navigation
- Then access the menu from the home screen
- Select Subscription & Billing from the menu
- Review your subscription details
- Tap Cancel Subscription
- Confirm your cancellation when prompted
What Happens Next
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
- You will not be charged again after cancellation
- You will continue to have access to features until the billing period ends

- Player ID has a no refund policy
- Canceling your subscription does not issue a refund for the current billing period
- To avoid being charged, cancel before your next billing date
