Overview

You can update your credit card at any time from the Subscription & Billing section of the app.


Steps to Update Your Credit Card

  1. Tap the menu icon (☰) in the top corner of the app
  2. If the menu icon is not visible:
    • Tap the Home button in the bottom navigation
    • Then access the menu from the home screen
  3. Select Subscription & Billing from the menu
  4. Tap Update Credit Card
  5. Enter your new payment information
  6. Save your changes

What Happens Next

  • Your new card will be used for future subscription charges
  • Updating your card does not change your current plan
  • Your subscription remains active unless you cancel it

Important Notes

  • Make sure your billing information is entered correctly to avoid payment issues
  • If your payment method has expired or failed, updating your card will help prevent interruptions to your subscription
  • You can return to Subscription & Billing at any time to review your billing settings

I have a new credit card—how do I update it?

  • Go to Subscription & Billing and tap Update Credit Card to enter your new details.

How do I change my payment method?

  • Open Subscription & Billing, select Update Credit Card, and save your updated payment information.

I switched from AMEX, Visa, or a debit card—what should I do?

  • Simply update your card details in Subscription & Billing. Your new payment method will be used for future charges.
